By agreeing to these terms & conditions and placing an order, you are in a binding agreement with us.
Once we have received your order, you will be contacted by e-mail for confirmation.
We reserve the right to not confirm your order in the event we could not verify your information or stock level were incorrect at the time of your order. After order confirmation, items are generally shipped in the next 3 business days depending on the time of order. Gomawo is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all inclusive of tax for the Netherlands and the European Union as well as the shipping costs.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 72 working hours.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Netherlands:
€5 (1 to 3 working days from dispatch of order)
Free shipping over €85
Europe:
€10 (7-10 working days from dispatch of order)
Free shipping over €120
World:
€30 (7-10 working days from dispatch of order)
Free shipping over €200
Please note that Gomawo is not responsible for international customs/clearance fees and delayed parc els held at customs. Please check with your local customs authority deemed by your country’s regulations and guidelines.

PACKING
For a more sustainable approach, we collect and reuse packaging boxes to ship our Gomawo products. If you want a special packing for a gift, please sent us a note along with your order. We will make sure to ship it with its special treatment.
